The first step is to ensure that you Ubuntu One account has the correct payment and billing information on record. Head to the Ubuntu One website to check.
I hear no sound! Help!
Volleybrawl comes with a relaxing (read: annoying) backing track, and if you bought the game it’s only fair that you can hear it.
If you can’t first check that you don’t have your computer/laptop muted.

Why is no-one ever online for a multi-player game?
Multi-player functionality is one of the key features of Volleybrawl, and one that the majority of players love about the game.
Double check that you are connected to the internet.
People may be asleep in different timezone.
